SIIX Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles personal information in accordance with the purpose of the Personal Information Protection Law and based on the Company’s Personal Information Protection Policy, as follows.

1. Purpose of use of personal information

Personal information obtained by the Company will be used within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes.

• Delivery, support, and maintenance of products and services sold to customers
• Conclusion and performance of contracts with customers and management of other transactions
• Responding to inquiries, requests, and demands from customers
• Provision of information regarding the customer’s products and services to our group companies and business partners
• Business activities conducted by the Company for customers jointly with our group companies and business partners

When using personal information for purposes other than those listed above, or when changing the purpose of use, the Company shall separately notify the person concerned or make a public announcement, and obtain the consent of the person concerned.

2. Provision of personal information to third parties

The Company will not provide personal information acquired to third parties, except in the following case, or in the cases described in “3. About Outsourcing” and “4. Shared Use”.

• When the Company has received prior consent to provide the information to a third party.
• When permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.

3. About outsourcing

To the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, the Company may outsource operations, including the handling of personal information, to its subcontractors. In this case, the Company will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the subcontractor and will be responsible for supervising the subcontractor to ensure that the personal information is handled appropriately.

4. Shared use

In order to provide comprehensive services as part of the SIIX Group, acquired personal information may be shared among SIIX affiliates within the scope of the purposes of use stated in “1. Purpose of use of personal information”. Personal information which may be shared is name, contact information (address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, company name, affiliation, etc.), purchase history of products and services, maintenance history, and contents of inquiries and requests. In the event that items other than the above are to be shared, the Company will separately notify the individual concerned or make a public announcement. 5. Handling of Personal Information of not of age persons

The Company takes the utmost care to protect the personal information of not of age persons in the same manner as that of adults. Minors are requested to provide their personal information only with the consent of their parents or guardians.

6.Measures taken for safe management of personal information

In order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information, we will take necessary and appropriate organizational, technical and physical security control measures. In addition, when actually handling personal information, we take security control measures from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical. The Company has established procedures as described in “Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information” for applications for a. notification of the purpose of use, b. disclosure, c. correction, addition, or deletion, d. suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data as stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Law, e.
